Orders can be cancelled before dispatch from the quarry. Cancellations made during this period are eligible for refund.
Cancellations are not permitted once your order has been dispatched from the quarry.
This policy ensures operational efficiency and prevents resource wastage. Once dispatch has occurred, the order cannot be cancelled.
Cancellations are not permitted after delivery has been completed.
Completed orders cannot be cancelled. If you have any issues with your delivery, please contact customer support at support@bookmysand.com for assistance.
For orders cancelled before dispatch, the refund is calculated as follows:

If you paid ₹1,000 and platform charges are ₹50, you will receive ₹950 as refund.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the transaction:

Refunds are initiated automatically upon successful cancellation. No manual intervention is required from your side.

If you receive damaged or incorrect sand, please contact customer support immediately. We will arrange for replacement or refund as per our policy. This is separate from the cancellation policy.
In case of events beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), refund policies may be adjusted. We will communicate any changes clearly.
If there are issues with payment gateway processing, refunds may take longer. We will keep you informed of any delays.
