We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We'll notify you of scheduled maintenance in advance.

3. Your Account and Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Accurate Information:

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The platform acts as a booking and facilitation service for sand procurement and delivery.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as construction delays due to external factors.
• Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the affected order.
• We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by:
• Natural events
• Government restrictions
• Site accessibility issues
• Delivery timelines and availability depend on location, stock, and operational conditions.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BookMySand harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your violation of applicable laws

7. Termination

7.1 By You:

You may terminate your account at any time through Settings → Delete Account. Your data will be deleted after a 30-day grace period.

7.2 By Us:

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Fail to pay for orders
• Use the service in a way that harms us or others

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
